Cyclical wisdom

Feeling free and a little bit weird in the forest. Expressive poses inspired by the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle. Feeing constricted and bound during my inner autumn, playful and curious in my inner spring. Goddess-like and unstoppable in my inner summer (ovulation) and in pain yet meditative during my inner winter (menstruation.) Following my cyclical rhythm has helped me feel more connected to myself and in control of my body, so I’m hoping you’ll enjoy this exploration.
