Through mud and sea foam
ode to the elements
a flirt from the wind
a cuddle with the earth
a kiss from the fire
a cleanse within the water
One early January day at dusk, we saw the empty beach where my soul belongs. I run across the sand, undress to my natural state. As I shed the layers my skin feels as though it's alight, I feel it all, the cold, the sharp wind on my skin, the salty air in my mouth. I scream and laugh into the wind. My child state is delighted, I feel free. I feel my whole self coming into my body. I sing a song to the elements, thanking them for bringing me back into my self.
You can draw this process, it happens every time I'm alone on this beach, now captured as we see the last glimpse of the sunshine.
A range of different poses and lighting, all very natural and flowing. Captured as always by the wonderful Marcel Moreau.
