Spells of the Shallows

This set came as an unexpected gift to me, one day my partner and I were travelling around Scotland and came upon this beautiful, deserted spot in a loch. We took advantage of the moment and took to the water. Once I'd already been in long enough to be shivering, we felt the surge of creative expression so ran to the land to get the camera.

This set takes you on a journey. At first, serene, contemplative and compassionate, playing and dancing in the water. As I retreat to the land and the shallow water, I explore something more primitive. More powerful. Rage. Suffering. Vulnerability.

A mix of natural photos, interesting compositions, full body, half body. I can't wait to see what this set inspires.
